My motor was a 1994 and after some deliberating with my wife we decided to replace whole motor with a myQ option. Ben was awesome. Not pushy, great communicator, and down to earth. 90 minutes later he was done and the garage makes half the noise it did before and has a fancy camera in it now too. This is the second time in the last six months I’ve used this company and I’ve been very impressed with their communication and quality of work. Thanks Ben!

Had a fast and great experience with Kasey today. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions. He even put in some rollers for me really quick that I had bought and planned to install myself. He fixed my issue quick and tested everything thoroughly to make sure the issue was resolved. I will absolutely be calling A Plusin the future and requesting Kasey for all my garage needs.

I called for a repair when I had no idea why my garage door was making a grinding noise. They were very professional with verifying their appointment time, and showed up on time. He assessed my issue and explained what needed to happen and the cost of repairs before starting the repair. The repair was done very quickly and confirmed it was working correctly before leaving. Also the cost quoted and charged was accurate. The employee was very professional and understanding when I had to work while he was performing repairs. The experience was much better than I could have expected and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs.

We are repeat customers with A+ Garage Doors. They did such a good job repairing the garage door at our previous home that we called them again today when the spring broke on the garage door at our current home. Their service today was no exception. Kasey called beforehand to let us know when he would arrive and he was right on time. He was friendly and thorough in assessing the damage and explained every part of the process and answered all our questions. We were impressed with how many options he offered and the price range. We appreciated that he didn’t pressure us at all but instead provided good insight and thorough explanations. He repaired the springs and parts efficiently and our old garage door is quieter and working better than ever. We are super excited for our new garage door to arrive though and we’re hoping the installation guys do as good of a job as Kasey did today. He gets an A+ and definite 5 stars from us!
