ZJ is a professional installer who described the entire process, value of the products, opinion on the existing openers, and instructed me on potential maintenance issues. This included making sure any metal-to-metal parts to be lubricated for proper function and longevity. He even recommended types and brands of lubricants for future maintenance. There were some scheduling and logistic issues whereby he didn't have a full set of tools with him, but he adjusted his process and I was able to provide him with my own tools to finish the work. They also came back with a different trim and he re-installed to match the original trim that we had before. Good work in the end!

There was one issue during install, but they worked thorough it the same day, with a great result.

Great experience and very fast service at a reasonable price. The company was super responsive when I contacted them and got a detailed quote to me quickly. They were also fast to get me scheduled for the work. Louis Dill did a great job with the install and repairs as well as servicing things up for me. Fast, hard worker that also took the time to work me through how the new openers operated. It's been 30 years since the first openers were installed so a lot has changed and Louis was great showing me all of that. Highly recommend.
