I can safely say that A+ exceeded expectations at every phase of our project.
The sales guy Garrett came prepared and was well informed about the products.
He was always able to give me good answers to my questions.
After our doors were ordered, we were kept in the loop by the office regarding delivery date and (minor) delays.
The install guys were courteous and professional. They worked safely and efficiently to get the old doors out and the new (much heavier) doors installed. The foreman, Nick was able to successfully troubleshoot some small hiccups in getting the old motors to play nice with the new, bigger springs.

Only constructive feedback I can give is that it would be nice to be able to use other forms of payment, such as an ACH debit, Venmo, etc, rather than a credit card. CC was the only option I was given. Many businesses let you save a few dollars by running an ACH debit or digital payment, rather than a credit card.

We had an amazing experience with A Plus Garage Doors! They were so accommodating and had technicians out to us very quickly. Our technicians, Tyler and Trip, were so knowledgeable and kind. They took the time to explain what was wrong with our door and their recommendations, making sure we understood everything and approved the work. After that, they fixed it so quickly! We will definitely be using them for all our garage maintenance in the future.

Garage door wouldn’t open in the morning and we made an appointment (online!) with A Plus. Jordan from A Plus came in the same afternoon. He arrived right as he said he would, he was nice and cordial, and diagnosed the problem in minutes. We needed a new motor (our old one was from the 1990s) and new springs. Jordan fixed the issues quickly and explained all the new features to us. Overall, definitely recommend A Plus Garage Doors for any repair services!

Had problems with my garage door on Saturday night and waited until Monday morning to call A+ to see when I could get scheduled to have it fixed. I called right at 8:00 AM and was told they would be out between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM and that the technician would call when they were headed my way. At about 9:00 AM I received a call from Nate and he asked if they could come in about 20 minutes, which they did! Nate and Okko performed an evaluation and presented their findings to me and we decided to not only do the repairs but install new nylon rollers.
Nate and Okko were extremely professional, courteous and personable. They finished the agreed upon work in approximately 30 minutes and we could not be happier!!
Can you possibly get any better service than calling at 8:00 AM and having everything back in better working order by 10:00 AM the same day??
I have used A+ Garage Doors before and they have never disappointed!! Highly, highly recommend!!

During a routine service, Adam did a great job explaining and showing me that the coils weee due for replacement. He was super honest about things that were working just well where other companies tack on extras. They even price matched a competitors’ offer to keep my business. Dillin and his partner were very professional and the installation was smooth and done with attention and detail. He was very informative with the new doors and explained everything that would be different from the last doors. They were both courteous, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.
