5 stars! From my early 6am contact I was being serviced. Via texts my needs got accessed. My need raised my request to HIGH on the service list. Awesome! Austin showed up at 8am verse 11am. Awesome! He was communicative. He walked me through the process and gave repair options. Austin was fast, thorough and professional. Awesome!

I'm so impressed with this company! I called them this morning and they came out and fixed my garage in 1 day! Whereas it's been 3 weeks since I made a claim with my home warranty and my garage still wasn't fixed! I will definitely recommend My Guys to anyone who needs work done on their garage! Austin was on time, very professional and personable. Pricing is reasonable. We weren't going to pay to put in a new garage motor and just let it run out, but decided to after he finished. I felt good about his service. He'll install right after New Years Day.

I had My Guy Garage Door Repair come and I was surprised they were more affordable, customized to what I needed and advised on what I could wait on and maintenance and care so I know more and can make my door last! Waylon took time to answer my questions and explain what the other company/tech told me, etc.
I also had a 3rd company tell me they don’t service my area but gave me an amount that my need should cost and this was on par with My Guy NOT the first company. I appreciated that Waylon understood my needs and helped work with me so I understood and now have a working, quiet, good door for my family.

I was able to get an appointment for the vet next morning. JD was prompt in getting out. I needed all new rollers and the spring tension adjusted after one of the wheels and cable cone off. The door opens and closes with ease and I don't have to worry about the door coming down on my head after it's opened. He done a great job

Called these folks after going through two companies. Super nice folks willing to give me a Senior Citizen discount. They scheduled me right away. Fortunately for me I was able to get the garage door working. They were so nice, and accommodating I had to comment. Furthermore, they cancelled our appointment without a hitch as I got my door working. Good to have a good business like this in the area. Kudos to My Guy Garage Door Repair.

This review is long overdue as I hired My Guy Garage Door Repair back in February this year to replace an insulated garage door at our Sandy home. Our garage is heated, and we have bedrooms above it, so we knew we needed another insulated door, but prices can be so much higher for those that we originally just wanted to replace or repair the panel that had broken in the old door. The old door was almost 20 years old and the panels were no longer being made. We also had A+ show up to quote us on a repair. The A+ repair person was rude, and insisted we had to replace the entire door and no repair was possible. The A+ quote price was well over a $1000 more than what My Guy quoted us for a new door. While we ended up replacing (and upgrading) the door to include windows as we didn't have any in the garage already. Holden with My Guy was friendly and accommodating, and gave us several different options to choose from that would fit our budget, INCLUDING the option to repair the old door with a custom made panel that while it wouldn't match 100% with the 20 year old door, it would come close enough to not really be noticeable from the outside. Chris, the owner, reached out to me personally to offer me a great deal on a non-insulated door that was only a couple hundred more than the repair, and said he could add insulation to it later to better fit our budget if that helped. He and Holden were a pleasure to deal with, saved me a ton of money, started and finished work quickly and on time, and kindly put up with me changing my mind every other second. We finally decided to go with the insulated door to save time and hassle in the future, and we couldn't be happier. I get a lot of bids for various home repairs, and trust me, the other guys who spend a lot of money on advertising do not make up for that with their volume of business, and instead pass those costs on to you, the homeowner. I could count to infinity the number of times I've been treated like I'm an idiot (or rudely) by the quote/salesperson just because I'm the "woman" of the house. Chris and Holden are good people, and treated me with kindness, compassion and respect the entire time. They've earned my business for a lifetime.
