Our Precision Garage Door technician was Jesse Magana, and we could not have had better, more professional, and courteous service than we received from Jesse. We called for a tune-up, but his expert check of our system found that we needed repairs and service to make the garage door usable in an emergency. Not to mention that Jesse called exactly on time as agreed, arrived on time, and performed the work efficiently and courteously. We were allowed to check the door to make sure that we could lift the door by hand in an emergency. And he explained other features of his service that were very helpful. We will not hesitate to use Precision Door in the future.
We had Precision here today and we needed a new motor for our garage door opener. Ryan was very knowledgeable he explained all options and pricing for our replacement. Once we made our choice he installed the new motor very quick and efficiently. He then explained all functions and instructed us how to use everything.
