I recently had to contact Lethbridge Door Systems because the spring on my garage door broke. I went to the main office to set up a service call. They first told me that they were booked for the whole week, but maybe if an opening became available they could do it earlier. Only 2 hours later I get a phone call saying that a technician could come to my house and repair it. They had it all done and fixed in under 1 hour and within budget. They lubricated the chains, replaced one hinge, and installed the new spring. Top notch service!!! highly recommended.

He explained the repair and what went wrong, answered my questions and charged a very fair rate - we were very impressed with the whole service and will definitely use them in the future for any garage door repairs! Brad did a great job. He was quick, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. That being said, I have had a difficult time getting in contact with the company. We have an old garage door that has had issues even after the service, and we have tried calling and leaving voicemails with no response. I am hopeful this review will get me in contact with the company, since there is no email address listed on their website.
Had to get my garage door opener replaced. Brad came out and did an outstanding job. New opener with great features. He was even able to fix some of the worn weather stripping. High quality work and very professional!
