Just had a new garage door installed by S.O.S, it was their second visit for work at my place. The first visit was for a new door opener and at that time they serviced the door as part of the opener install and told me of some issue to watch for. Well the info they provided during the first visit was 100% accurate. So, the second visit was for the new door and it went better than I could have asked. The install was fast and done very professionally, my questions were answered some tweaks made to make everything just perfect. The customer service is second to none, just amazing!Don’t go anywhere else just call S.O.S, you will be happy you did!!
What a difference! The garage is now much brighter. The crew arrived on time and efficiently replaced our old door. The weatherstripping is perfect and now the door actually insulates the garage from the outside. The door itself is exactly what we wanted and adds some aesthetic appeal to our home as well. Absolutely incredible service, messaged him on a Saturday morning and he had his crew here Monday morning at 8 AM. Very professional very thorough. Understood exactly what was going on. Didn’t feel like I was being taken for more than what needed to be fixed. Very courteous and kind employees wouldn’t go to anyone else but this company for anything to do with our overhead garage system. And VERY reasonably priced compared to other companies in Lethbridge and Tim was so kind on the phone when I called him!
Cable broke on our shop door. Phoned Tim at 10 am and told him of our problem. He sent two technicians out to nobleford to repair the problem. They installed two new cables adjusted the door and inspected the rollers and recommend new door seals which are being ordered. From time of the call to repair and completion of the job was 1 1/2 hours. Very pleased with the work, door works like new!! Would highly recommend them! Thanks SOS!
