The work was done, but a month later the garage door came loose again. When I called back to understand the situation, I was told it was due to the snow and the resistance it creates—information that should have been provided at the time of the service call, as a preventative measure.

Unfortunately, when I mentioned the importance of this type of advice, the attitude was arrogant, and I was told I should "just look it up online." I expect to receive explanations and recommendations from a professional, not a condescending response. Technical service was adequate, but communication and customer service were very disappointing.
