One of our garage door springs had broken over the weekend. I called Amzac first thing this morning, and a very friendly woman quoted me a total price to replace both springs. Their tech, Daniel, called a few hours later giving me 30 minutes notice of his arrival. He arrived on time, and was very personable and respectful as he carefully worked around the large truck in our garage. Daniel had both springs replaced in under an hour, and the price was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend this company!
Disappointed. Called for spring replacement, was given date/time but no show. Called to find staff mistakenly sched. a different week. So now I needed to be available a second day. Had 1 broken spring but because of age I requested both be replaced. Technician arrived with only 1 spring requiring him to return again hrs later to complete job. However actual onsite worker was polite and did good work. Overall far more difficult than it should have been.
This company helped me out in a pinch. I had a family issue and was suddenly trapped in my garage due to a broke spring. Who knew garage doors were so heavy? First of all, let me start off by saying, I highly recommend Amzac for any of your overhead garage door needs.I used this company twice within in a month. The first, was to repair a broken spring. The second, was to replace a 26 year old garage door opener. I decided to upgrade to the new LiftMaster smart garage door opener. Both repair and install were performed by service tech: Daniel. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.
Today was my second experience with Amzac. My home warranty company contracted them for both jobs and I could not be more pleased. In the spring, I had to have my opener replaced. Today, it was the tension spring. Their response time was unparalleled and the level of professionalism and friendliness of everyone that I have worked with are equally as impressive.
