They arrive on time and get the job done efficiently and the right way. My most recent experience was a problem with the electronic safety feature. A technician was able to talk me through problem on the phone and correct it within 10 minutes.

Very good and speedy service from Raynor. They replaced the concrete pad for an electric gate. This was done during snowy conditions and was dome on schedule at a fair price.

Despite meeting jointly with the salesperson and electrician to discuss the plan for wiring, Raynor did not complete the installation as discussed and left electrical wires hanging. The door is beautiful but I would NOT recommend using them unless you are very specific in writing about what is included in the installation. So disappointed as a little effort in customer service would have remedied this.
