Recent reviews frequently note fast response times and technicians who explain the work clearly. Many customers mention same-day fixes for springs and other common failures, with polite, efficient crews. A few reviews raise concerns about recommendations for larger repairs or scheduling choices during extreme weather, suggesting communication about options and timing matters to customers.
Eric was fantastic and came the within a few hours to fix our garage. He was fast, helpful, and knowledgeable. We will definitely go with Same Day again!
The young lady came in first super friendly and then the gentleman came these guys were quick they got it done and they got it done right I'm happy to have my garage door back and we got an electric garage door this time so I am thrilled to piece
I usually don't leave reviews on anything, but I feel compelled to after my experience with this company. Long story short, the bottom panel of our garage had some damage from a car backing into it. When the technician first arrived, he estimated a quick 30 minute fix. After a while, they determined I needed an entirely new garage door. I inquired why I needed a whole new door, when the damage was only to the bottom panel. I paid just shy of $300 for a tech to be dispatched to my home and an hour of labor with no answers other than you need a new garage door. I requested estimates for both a new panel and a new garage door. I never heard back from them, despite multiple phone calls with the tech, so I called the main number the next day and explained the situation and asked for estimates before proceeding. I checked with a few people in the area after hearing what the estimates were and was urged to look elsewhere because the damage was so small. Sure enough, I had another company come out the next day and they had my garage door fixed within 25 minutes after track alignment and adding a brace to the bottom panel. I felt completely taken advantage of, but am so thankful for the second company that saved me thousands of dollars. I don't mean to be a negative Nancy, but this was a horrible, frustrating experience.
The technicians were really really great and kind. They unfortunately were scheduled to come on the day of that super super cold freeze (where they cancelled school) and I was shocked - we got them set up outside with some space heaters and offered coffee but goodness I felt bad! Bosses definitely should have rescheduled because that felt dangerous. I also work with workers comp lawyers so maybe that’s why I’m extra concerned ??Looking at the invoice, I see that we were charged $599 for a system that is… not nearly that much retail. Big ouch. They also saw that we had a two car garage and only gave one remote, oddly. After writing the check (not realizing before) I asked, and they said it would be $35 for an additional remote. Went online and got two remotes plus keypad for $25.. so keep that in mind! ??$1000 for a system replacement that I am now seeing was a big overcharge, so I will keep that in mind for the future. Bummed about that type of practice, but again, the techs were very nice and professional.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! My garage door needed the spring replaced, and it was fixed quickly and professionally. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on. The door now works perfectly—smooth and better than it has in years. Good work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs! Ask for Liz and Angel.
