This is our 4th wonderful experience with Travis and his team. Parnell came out this time to fix my door after I accidentally backed into it from inside the garage (not my finest moment). He came out sooner than expected, and was able to fix the door in 15 minutes. I was anticipating a really expensive, big ordeal, but it was quick and painless. Thanks again!!

Amazing what a new roof, gutters/downspouts and garage doors can do for your curb appeal! Had the roof replaced a couple of months ago and had the garage doors done yesterday. I absolutely love how they turned out. Huge shoutout to Direct Service Overhead Garage Door Company! My garage door wouldn't open Thursday morning so I called the number on the sticker on my garage wall (I had them come to fix something minor a couple of years ago). Travis Ford (Owner) was at my house a couple of hours later to look at them. He could totally FIX my issue, but with my new roof and gutters, I was eventually going to replace the "green" wooden garage doors anyway. He was back at my house the very next morning at 9:00 a.m. to install my gorgeous new black doors! Few hours later and voila! Even my twerpy, judgmental teen said they looked "amazing"! He was surprised to see them when he got home from school yesterday. You know you've done something right when you impress a teenage boy! LOL!! Next on the list...new black shutters and front door.
