Fantastic experience with Garage Door Guy. Our door had come off the track and the frame off the wall. I called at 7:45am and by 10:15am it was fixed. Extremely nice technician (Chris) and very reasonable rates. I would definitely use them again and will refer others.

I’m very pleased this The Garage Door Guy. Matt was here fast and had the springs fix/replaced and also help with the high pitch sound it was making. He was friendly and helpful. I will definitely call them for all our garage door needs.

It started with calling the only two garage door fixers in the Hot Springs area. When I called Precision and asked Rachel about ranges of cost they refused to give me a range and 'had' to schedule a technician to come out. I explained I've never had to deal with garage door issues or installations in my life and would like to know average cost of certain services and they still refused. They also made it sound like they would not be able to fix the issue same day. When I called the garage door guy Josh answered and he gave me service fee costs right away and what he thinks might need to happen based of of what I explained and offered a time for technician to come out that would be much sooner than the Precision people. Matt came out today and fixed the issue within an hour. He was super nice and didn't mind my dogs that I forgot to put up?? He was very considerate and explained what he thinks was happening and what he saw as issues right away. He noticed and I'll bracket missing and because he didn't have one in his truck to replace it he made one which was awesome. Someone else could have charged me time and labor to go get one but he knew what he was doing. He explained about a 30 day labor warranty on the end and that is much appreciated! What a great service! I highly recommend The Garage Door Guy Corp for any garage door need.

I am well pleased with The Garage Door Guy Corp. They scheduled a day to come out and install the door once it came in and they were even early. The door is beautiful and it’s quiet (My old door was very noisy!). I would recommend them to any one who is looking to update their door and at a reasonable price! You will not be disappointed!
