Excellent professional service. Full garage door maintenance, springs lubrication and adjustment of the old motor, installation of the emergency release cord with the lock. Old garage door now works like new. Leo is awesome and very knowledgeable guy with a great professional skills.
You get what you pay for when it comes to Leo. I needed a new garage door and saw positive reviews for this company. Leo came out gave me a fair estimate and made me feel comfortable to move forward. Than the little things happened. My estimate was for basic garage door installation. Outside of a power motor, anything you think would be included like latches were not. Leo originally sent me a picture of a white garage door as an example of what would be installed. I didn't catch it till after the fact but he quoted me and installed a brown garage door. Although my fault for not catching it prior to approval, Leo later informed me he felt it was best for me. It was what is was but than I requested his services to help align my garage door that I misaligned while trying to insulate. I texted Leo a few months ago and he told me he was really busy and would get back, no problem. I reached out again after not hearing from him and supposedly set an appointment. Leo never showed and never called. When I reached out he claimed he was sick and rescheduled again. Leo once again didn't show because things came up. I explained to Leo that I understand things happen but communication is important. Leo apologized and reassured me he would make things right. We rescheduled and Leo never showed, communicate or respond back. I dont know how Leo and his company have 5 star ratings but be careful. I personally do not recommend
