A Better Garage Door came today to repair our broken garage door. They were very professional and helpful from start to finish. We were also pleased to be able to get same-day service.

Thomas did the repair for us and he was right on time. He was knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. He assessed the problem and then fixed it. No up-sale was even suggested. He also did some preventive maintenance that we really appreciated.

I highly recommend their services if the need arises.

He fixed our broken door spring wire quickly and professionally, and he also took the time to check other components and make adjustments to prevent future issues. I messed up my garage door pretty bad by trying to fix a broken spring myself. I ended up with some of my tracks completely bent, half to rollers off the tracks, and my door wedged in a way that couldn't be moved anymore.
I got 3 quotes. 1 company said they would have to replace all the tracking and some other parts and quoted me pretty high. Another company said they wouldn't even bother repairing anything and would just replace everything, including the garage door and quoted me extremely high. Thomas from A Better Garage Door came out and told me he could probably repair much of the damaged tracking but quoted me a worst case scenario price if they had to replace the tracking. Even that price came in WAY lower than the other two companies. In the end, Thomas fixed my garage door in less than an hour, repaired most of the tracking and only replaced one piece. so the final cost came in lower than his original quote.
Over 1 month later My garage door works great. We were highly impressed with Thomas' work and efficiency and with the company's honesty.
We highly recommend and will be using them for yearly service.
