Called The Door Guys in L.A. and, to my surprise, they sent someone out the next morning. Super friendly tech, quick repair, and the door has been smooth ever since. It’s nice dealing with a company that actually delivers on their promises.
Nick was great. Good experience. Came out when our cables got tangled and determined our pulleys were corrupted too. Door wouldn’t close. Fixed it all very quickly and efficiently. Would recommend him highly.
