Scheduling was simple an easy. I was offered a same day appointment. We quickly scheduled something that worked for me. It was a bit of an emergency in that how my garage door broke I was unable to get manually open and to get my vehicle out of the garage. Dude (Trey) arrived promptly, was friendy and professional, and was able to resolve issue quickly. Pricing estimate was provided upfront before work eas done and was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
This experience was smooth from calling and scheduling a repairman. The scheduler was helpful and showed compassion to my broken garage door. The service was same day. There was clear communication from arrival time, assessing the problem, providing solutions and answering my questions during the process. I needed springs and bearings repaired. My garage door was fixed and functioned quieter than before within less than an hour and a half. Highly recommend!
Great service! Jason was great! Very quick to respond. Thanks for your service. I would recommend that you supply your service technician with hand cleaner. Left greasy hand prints in multiple places. I worked at a service station while in college, they have great hand cleaning materials that don't require water.
My experience with Precision was awful. It was anything but precise. They responded promptly but the positives stopped there. I have a broken garage door and the technician gives me his plan and won’t proceed until I sign off on the plan and of course the price. About a half hour later he calls me out to check his work. It’s not even close to what he described. Of course he has put up the pieces he described but the door opener bar is held to the strut by just the edges of the screw heads that he has just installed with the angle iron. The strut is not even attached to the angle iron. After I point all this out he goes back to work. When I come back he has not really changed anything but he is ready with excuses about how “this door is different and how he doesn’t have parts that fit this door.” The next morning the door and “fix” are not working. $353.00 to learn that the Precision technician was a hack.
