Ankmar is the best! I backed up and hit the garage door before it was fully open. I called on the weekend and got an appointment that following Monday. The customer service reps are always super friendly and understanding. The service technicians really know what they're doing and don't try to scam you. The guys that showed up went right to work. They had to change a part inside the opener itself which told the door where to stop and start. Charges less than 200 dollars and that included the part!!!!!! Then they lubricated the door so it was a LOT quieter. Strongly recommend these guys.
I will never use any other garage door company other than Ankmar. They were so helpful, efficient, and great to work with. I was considering replacing our garage door, which was having issues, but ended up have some adjustments and repairs made instead. I called to have someone come out to look at the door and they came out the next day and the repairs were made the following day. The work was done great and everything was explained well. I recommend Ankmar if you need a new door or just some adjustments to your current one.
Ankmar is easily the best garage door repair company I’ve ever worked with. Chris was awesome. He went above what I expected and actually took the time to explain what was going on. I’m a curious guy and had plenty of questions, and he never made me feel like I was in the way. He just walked me through it all and made sure I understood what he was doing.You can tell he cares about the work he's doing and about his customers.
