Eight O'clock at night and we have two trucks full of ice cream coming in and the cable on our garage door snaps, we cannot get the doors open. Overhead door to the rescue!! Christian and Bradley showed up and saved the day, they were professional, courteous and friendly. They we upfront and transparent with their price and did a great job. We would give them more stars if we could.
Make sure to use this company instead of Overhead Garage Door. Those guys are nothing but scammers trying to rip off this name and wanted to charge more than double and lied about springs not being available. There was a little miss communication between technician office and myself at first, but between Laura and Stratton they followed through on exactly what they promised and more! If I ever have any more garage door needs or anyone wants my recommendation it will always be Overhead Door of Lubbock! Thanks you guys!
Renee did a great job with the opening of our garage. We got stuck outside because of the power outage we couldn’t open in our app. Especially with the snow he was so patient and pleasantly fixed our garage door issue. He even made sure everything worked before he left. I highly recommend him. Thank you Renee and OHD
