EXCELLENT QUICK SERVICE! Our garage door spring broke and I called Travis. He stopped out the same day and got it fixed for us and had solved what I thought was going to be an epic headache. By the time I got home, I didn't even notice he was there. I opened the garage and realized the issue was fixed once I parked my car. Travis is fairly priced, offers excellent service, and is honest.

I found Meinholz with a Google search and read the many positive reviews. I can tell you, those reviews didn't lie! I would highly recommend Travis to anyone. He responded very quickly to me. (I emailed him about a broken torsion spring at 10:15pm and he responded before 6am the next morning!) I also had Travis replace two old, malfunctioning openers while he was here doing the spring repair. His communication was excellent. He was honest, provided solid recommendations, and did not try to sell me anything beyond what I needed. His prices were fair and his work was high-quality. He left the job site clean. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Skip the companies that are at the top of google search results in Madison, they pay to be there and are more than twice as much for the same products and services that Travis offers! Called Travis after first company I called came out and was obviously prepping me for upsells and “other things that might come up as I start working”…fed flag, send them on their way. Travis stopped by after some very responsive email conversations and phone calls. I had a broken spring but knew I was due for a new door. Was expecting close to what the first company estimated but was pleasantly surprised with Travis’s quote. Professional, honest and all around good guy, totally different than the vibes I got from first company. Of course if I’m going to spend the money I’m spending it with someone I like and is honest. Was told there may be delay since ordered a non stock garage door, but again was surprised at how quickly it came in. Once it was in, install was quick! Great quality work, honest prices and good guy.
