Our garage door torsion spring broke on Friday night leaving it inoperable. I contacted Twins Garage Doors that night and they were able to come out on Saturday to repair. Nicholas arrived right at the scheduled time and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a thorough inspection of all components on the garage door and gave me an estimate with different options and explained each in detail. I approved and he was able to complete the repairs in a timely and professional manner. Once repairs were completed, he went over the work he completed with me and showed me how to properly lubricate the garage door.Would definitely recommend Twins Garage Doors. Very thankful Nicholas was able to come out on a weekend and fix our broken garage door on short notice.

He showed up when he said he would, checked everything out, and gave me options for parts and services he recommended.Once I approved the work, it was done in good time and the tech walked me through the recommended lubricating to ensure I get maximum life of the door.This was an excellent experience and I would use them again and recommend to others.
