Justin is a professional who responded to a service request in a timely manner and also agreed to visit my home next available business day to troubleshoot garage door opener sensors. He installed a new door opener in a short period of time, installed new rollers to fix the issue. The overall job was done to perfection, and the new system runs smooth and quiet. His work was done at a reasonable budget, and he also had all of the parts in stock ready to install next day after requesting service visit.
Had issues with closing door. Called them and scheduled me for the next day. Technician was prompt. He unjammed the door at the motor and also adjusted the large spring. He then conducted sensor safety checks and greased all the hinges and spring. Took 15 minutes. He was professiona, courteous, and knew what he was doing. Did not try and have me buy something I didn't need.Will be recommending JA Overhead to our 55 plus community.
JA Overhead Door did a great job fixing my garage door. The tension spring broke, causing the door to not close solidly. They came a completely fixed the issue and had the door working perfectly. I also asked them to change the sensors because my other one was loose and would get knocked off by my dogs and door vibration.I highly recommend these folks to fix your garage door. They were in time and notified ETA via text. Great service.
Love this family business. More than once I’ve called JA Overhead Door for repairs and they’ve been prompt and responsive. I’m sure any homeowner reading this knows that “weight off your shoulders” feeling of having honest, reliable, professionals that you can call at a moments notice, and know for sure the job will be done right the first time, every time. I called JA Overhead Door on a Wednesday afternoon after, unfortunately, there was a snafu with a car and a garage door; I don't think I need to give the details, the damage photo speaks for itself.It's the winter, so there's snow, our house is getting the roof redone the following week, we couldn't have a garage door that wouldn't open to put the vehicles in.I called JA Overhead Door and spoke with Ashley who was polite and respectful. She stated that Justin could come take a look at the door early the following morning. She stated that he would text before his arrival.Sure enough, at 8:17 AM the next day, I get a text that Justin was on his way. He arrived, took a look at the door, told us what he'd do and the price, which was incredibly reasonable best I could tell.An hour later, our garage door was straightened out and re-sealed with virtually no evidence of damage. If it wasn't for the fact that the one door has the black seal and the other doesn't, you wouldn't have known the accident happened at all.I'm thrilled. There's no other way to put it. Justin fixed in an hour what I thought was going to be a lingering issue. JA Overhead Door did an amazing job, and I would absolutely use them again!
