He was super knowledgeable & absolutely knows & loves his craft. The trucks are parted up, so they are able to offer same day repairs in a timely manner. Our garage door was an absolute, complex, hot mess & I thought it was totalled for sure. He gave us an estimate which was spot on for the completed job which he finished ahead of schedule. Pricing is reasonable & appropriate. I would absolutely recommend Viking Overhead to family, friends, & colleagues should the need arise.

Excellent service from start to finish.Saturday night, garage door stops working..Called Viking Overhead.Whitney answered the phone and immediately started giving me advice on where to start troubleshooting. We weren't able to get it fixed and she advised that there is a $99 service fee for late night and Sunday appointments and stated M-F was free for a quote. I much appreciated that. Monday came around and I called back, got on the schedule for same day.I get a text that Zach is on the way. Nice guy.. Showed up, answered every question I had. He explained the possible problems. He explained, in detail, all the work he would be providing and at what cost. Didnt try to talk me into buying extra stuff like reprogramming, rewiring, etc..30 day warranty on the work.10/10 Experience- First time garage owner
Viking Overhead arrived on time and was scheduled by our contractor Triple R Services. They were very professional, clean, courteous, and very quick. Lewis and Mike and the other gentlemen we amazing! Lewis explained everything that I needed to know about the new opener. I would highly recommend Viking Overhead to assist in any needs with your garage door. I included a pic of our old garage door opener and what we now have, so quiet.
