Not only did they dial in my door like Mandalorians on a mission, but Ozzie walked up with coffee and donuts. Coffee. And. Donuts. Who does that anymore?! The service was flawless, fast, and honestly felt like a neighbor helping out, not a company upselling me. My garage door is running smoother than a Jedi starfighter, and my morning was brighter. Mr Rogers... AKA PJ, is an awesome young man! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not an easy learner when it comes to garage door opener and programming them. So glad he was here. He took the time to explain everything he did all while assureing me I was not in the way. I know I was lol! Definitely recommended A1 and request PJ if you want a similar experience. Im not sure who is reading this but if PJ works for you, give this young man a well deserved raise and put him in charge of training others on how to interact with customers.

Update:
PJ at my request, returned to my home to fix an issue with the garage door opener he installed. He worked diligently to assess the problem. After a short while, he discovered there was no problem with the opener. The sound I thought was coming from the opener, was coming from another piece of equipment in my garage. PJ was very understanding and we had a chuckle over it. He is an awesome young man. Promote immediately!
