The technician, Dustin Ridge, was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain and show us exactly why our garage door wouldn't go down. He knew exactly what was happening and gave me tips to care for my garage door; he didn’t try to sell me parts or repairs that I did not need.The repair was done quickly and the quality of the work was outstanding. We can't believe that the garage door works so well and is much quieter than before. I highly recommend Dustin. We will always call Precision for our garage door needs.
Scotty did an excellent job. He clearly explained what I needed and walked me through everything. They we able to come out the same day and did well communicating they’re actual arrival time. I used Precision at my previous residence and they have consistently provided great service.
Wonderful experience with this company. I found their information online. John was out within a few days for our free quote. Very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Our door had to be special ordered because of the size, but it came in sooner than expected. They came to install and was done in a few hours. Door is just what we asked for. Super quiet mechanics. Very happy all around with this experience and would highly recommend this company. Photos are from same day install so we still have some trim work to do.
