Had garage doors springs replaced 1 month ago, and ever since they were replaced we have been having issues with door coming out of track rails. Called arrowhead and they came back and repaired issue. But then a few weeks later door comes out of track rails and binds up and could not bring it down. Called again Arrowhead and they said they would come by and check out issue. 3 days past and no one showed up callled again and they said the next morning they would be here in my home and around 10:30 am I receive a call from them saying they had no one available to come over and check my garage door that we had to wait till Monday because it was Friday and weekends they didn’t work. Monday came around and Tuesday and nothing no one has called back or showed up. Had GBNL GARAGE DOORS another company come and check out issue and tech. Said I had the wrong springs installed causing issues with door derailing and cables coming out of pulleys installed correct springs and replaced broken pulley and door works awesome . This job cost me double the price. Arrowhead was doing fine don’t know what happened , but will not be doing business with them.
I called to have a Garage Door opener replaced. I was told to go purchase a chamberlain garage door opener from the Home Depot and that he would install it soon. It’s been three weeks now and he still hasn’t come by to install it.
Super job and a very reasonable rate!! Steve was great and communicated regularly as to when he’d be there or if running late. I certainly recommend Arrow for garage door issues.
Steve is highly knowledgeable and professional. He answered in the evening and installed our garage door after normal business hours at my request! The rates were very reasonable and he took the time to show me how to maintain our garage door. I appreciate his courteous and friendly demeanor. Highly Recommend!
