did not show up as promised. wasted a whole day.
I wish there was a zero star option. This was for a dock lift replacement. Main worker was very rude and unprofessional. First off, he didn't show up on the day he was scheduled and didn't even call to notify us. Apparently he called in sick. The following day they didn't show up until after 9am. They worked just a couple of hours then left for over three hours. Finally came back and said they were done for the day because they need an electrician. The following morning arrived close to ten. There was no electrician, just the same two guys. He did the all electrical work himself. So apparently they just wanted to get off early the day before even though they had been gone for over three hours. We had been waiting for the dock lift replacement for months already. Lift is larger than the old so we won't even be able to use it on shorter trucks. He seemed to get upset when I told him that we dont have a water fountain for him to refill his water bottle. We bring our our. Very rude. Left trash all over the dock and ground. I would definitely not recommend these workers.
OMG. These guys are great. I used them for a new gate opener in the past.We had a little mishap at home and thought our garage door was destroyed.Techs come the very next morning repaired, adjusted and lubricated what was damaged for a fair, fair price.ONLY folks I will call or recommend.
Lone Star Doors had repaired our commercial shop door on august 3, 2020. They promised a one year warranty, 3 months have gone by and the door malfunctioned again with the similar issue. So our manager and I called the owner of Lone star doors to complain about the issue and comes to know they don't want to cover anything, he claims we tried fixing the door ourselves. Aside from that a lot of sarcasm and attitude from the owner of this company, basically laughing at our face. Common sense, why would we try to fix it, knowing it has warranty!? WOULD NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH LONE STAR DOORS, WATCH OUT, READ THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS!!!
