Detrone Does It
The experience was great! I contacted OGD and they were able to dispatch someone the same day to address two garage door concerns. The technician was polite, respectful, informative and efficient with the repairs.

Contacted OGD rep Cain and requested an estimate for a new garage door and opener and within a few minutes sent me an online link to provide my information. I immediately got a complete estimate. very efficient and no hassle what so ever. Exceeded my expectations

Justin was a nice tech very polite.
My issue was that it was an overpriced service. 59 dollar fee for the drive over ok...but not ok when its the sensor and nees no other repair and the cost was over $200.00. Overly priced for a residential job. Would not be interested in calling them again.

Justin from OGD did an awesome job replacing the torsion springs that had broken in my garage the day before ! He arrived early morning hours, took off the old springs and actually upgraded by placing these new bigger and durable torsion springs
The job took less than expected and offered a good fair price ! Thanks again ! Highly appreciated and recommended
