Customer Reviews

Dan “Believer” Goodenough

Carlos actually was able to come earlier than scheduled. After examining the problem, he recommended a new door opener, because the main board had gone out. He was able to get it all installed in about an hour or less. He went over the feature's and how to operate them which really helped me out with it. I would highly recommend Carlos at Welborn Garage door.

One of our cars was backed into our garage door and it was not able to close. We were concerned we’d be stuck during the winter for a few days with it broken. Welborn sent one of their technicians, Weston, out the same day. Weston not only identified the fix, he also discovered an issue with the original install by our builder. He politely walked us through what was happening and explained everything. He had it fixed in a couple hours and provided great customer service. He also explained the life cycle of the garage springs. Very satisfied- Highly recommend Welborn Garage!
