He completed the job of installing our garage door opener and rollers in a couple of hours, and the workmanship is flawless. I Called Mid-South Door Company and within hours they were onsite and fixed my Home residence 2 car garage. Daniel assessed the problem, explained the repair, got a quote for parts/labor and had it fixed in about an hour. Not only did He fix the issue, At MY request He replaced all the rollers, reattached the Bottom Trim and replaced the Rubber Trim on the bottom. This was all done quickly, efficiently and for a great price. Afterwards, I called the office and told them I appreciated the professional work ethic, and courteous repairmen they sent. I highly recommend these guys! Hard to find this type of quality today. By the way, this is my second experience with Mid-South Door. They replaced the spring previously. I don't remember that repairmen's name but He was great also. That was an emergency situation and they took care of it quickly. I didn't hesitate to call them out again, They did not disappoint!
Very poor warranty & follow-up. Took 3 months to get parts for a gate & then only after repeated calls. Loose hardware on a new installation & they suggested I was responsible. I had over 3 service calls & it's still not right.*I'm impressed with the rapid response. Please consider that when u installed my gate operator I had to direct the worker to install an earth ground or the remote control distance would be seriously shorten. I also shared with you where I designed & installed an antenna system that would reliably operate the gate 900' away. No one even said thanks. And finally, I remounted the garage door sensors where operating the doors would not affect their calibration & stop the doors from operating. All-in-all I suspect these installation challengers were beyond your resources, training & abilities. I could have helped.
Mid-South Door is a five star company and all of their employees are well trained and courteous. Daniel came out and repaired our garage door with the precision of a highly skilled, professional technician who is totally knowledgeable in his career field. Plus he's very kind & courteous too. We would recommend Mid-South Door everyone, especially senior citizens and Veterans. (P.S. We called their main number yesterday and an real person answered our call !! Not having to deal with an automated attendant was another blessing....for that we also give our thanks.)
