Precision Door Service

Roger Emmerson was absolutely the best technician. He was very professional knowledgeable, and courteous. He fixed my garage in no time. I can tell that he enjoys what he does and he loves to help others. I would recommend him any day. Thank you ??

I had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door Service and especially want to recognize Peyton Peabody for his outstanding service. I found Precision through Google and was impressed by their 2.4K reviews and 4.9-star average rating—and they truly lived up to it. I spoke with three different representatives on the phone, and every one of them was friendly, professional, and helpful. When my garage door spring broke late at night, Precision was the only company that allowed me to schedule service online, so I booked a 2–4 pm appointment for the next day. Since it was a snowstorm weekend, I called early Saturday morning to see if an earlier visit was possible. To my surprise, Peyton Peabody arrived around 9:30 am, despite the heavy snow. From beginning to end, Peyton was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He clearly explained the problem, reviewed every repair options with me, and completed the work efficiently and thoroughly. Maintaining such high-quality service in freezing, snowy conditions is no easy task, and I truly appreciated his dedication. My garage door is now working safely and smoothly again, and the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. I’m very grateful to Precision Garage Door Service for delivering exceptional service even in extreme weather conditions. Highly recommended!

In the midst of a snow storm, I was prepared for the scheduled appointment to be delayed or canceled. Instead, the technician, Casey, arrived quickly and early. I appreciate the technician’s commitment to their service and would seek service from Casey and Precision Door Service again.

My service with this company has been great!! My technician, Peyton was knowledgeable and communicated everything to me about my garage door keypad. He reinstalled a new keypad and lubed the gears on my garage door for the squeaking. The service was quick!! I recommend this company to any and every one. Peyton has great customer service and does a great job!

I called Precision door ??on Friday morning at 9:30a, to have my small car garage door fixed up due to a broken spring. They sent an awesome technician Mr Jason Rodriguez to my home and got it fixed within 2 hours. I am glad ?? PD was able to come over so quickly, they had all the parts on the truck, Jason was personable, friendly and super technical. Thank you very much Jason and Precision Door for your precise and professional service. Last year y’all got brand new garage motors, new keypads installed which has worked great so far. We really appreciate you for taking care of the Dias family. Cheers! Vik Dias
