We weren't in dire straights with our garage door like some people and I was pleasantly surprised they still came out the day I called. Our door was making a funny sound and a different company looked at it first--listed all these parts that needed to be replaced totalling $874, plus $400 for the third bay. I declined services and they didn't even fix the squeaking sound. Alex from Garage Door Team came to give me a second opinion and saved me so much money! He addressed the squeaking issue, gave some tips on maintenance, and explained what should be fixed in another year or so. Other company was telling me they wouldn't even risk using the garage door because parts needed to be replaced so desperately. Thanks again Garage Door Team for saving me money (didn't even charge for today's visit) and giving an honest, straightforward opinion. Looking forward to doing business with you in the future when needed and will be recommending your services to neighbors and friends.
