On Sunday evening, when I closed my garage door, the spring broke as the door hit the floor. The next morning, at 8am, I called for the repair. Aiden arrived by 10am. He assessed the door and let me know that my garage door (Wayne Dalton) was a "builder grade" product with a tension spring that was designed to wear out. He said that Triple-B did not support replacing that part but recommended an conversion to a regular tension spring system. Though the conversion was more expensive, I opted to go that route because I didn't want this to happen again anytime soon. After I approved the upgrade, he got to work and was finished in about 50 mins. The new parts made the garage door much more quiet!I am very happy with the scheduling and work done by Triple-A!! The service tech, Aiden, did a great job laying out my options and then installing conversion parts. I trust Triple-A Garage Door and highly recommend them. I will use them again!
Very pleased with Triple B! Garage doors are beautiful and installation went smoothly. Touch up paint was later applied to slight scuffs from shipping but not even noticeable. New RV & side gates were just installed, and they look terrific and function effortlessly! The colors coordinate nicely with the new garage doors. Great job! Highly recommend!
