Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Miami

The service is always professional, and of great quality. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Our technician, Fabian educated my husband and I of the issues so that we understood how the problem had to be resolved. Fabian was friendly and professional. He was well-versed on the job he needed to perform. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. (Posting for my mother, Harriet Neloms, who asked my to do a review for her in her words. Our door spring broke and I called at 8am the next day and Tyrone B was our tech! Not only informative but exceptional service. We knew the doors were 32 years old and he helped us find a solution to replace and get us working until the new doors come in!!!! This is the second time we have used them and highly recommend!

We are repeat customers of Precision Garage Door Service as we maintain several rental properties. I have always been very satisfied with the prompt & professional service we received from them. For this reason I am disappointed to write this review. Earlier this week one of our garage door openers reached the end of its useful life and we needed to replace it. Knowing this, I called Precision Garage Door Service and as usual they were prompt and scheduled a technician to visit the home that afternoon. The technician arrived as scheduled and we reviewed the necessary repair service. (New opener, rail, cables + installation). This is where my customary experience with Precision Garage Door Service immediately changed. I did not "shop" this service as I have always found their quotes to be fair. This time however, I was surprised by the amount of the quote. The quote appeared to be high, very high. My instincts were proven correct when unfortunately, I had to call another local garage door company that we have utilized in the past. The Precision Garage Door Service was 40% more at $1400 for a comparable opener, rail, cables + installation. Hopefully, this was an oversight or error but I will unfortunately need to scrutinize their quotes if I call upon them again form any repairs.
