Our garage door would not open, and within an hour of our call our technician (Rafael) arrived. He accurately accessed the situation, and provided in depth and easy to understand replacement options. Due to age of the 40 year old garage door opener, a full replacement was needed. He ensured the new opener was installed, aligned, lubricated, and working correctly.
