There were some mix ups with some of the parts but it all got work out, and the installer did a fine job with the installation. Time will tell on liftmaster durability and warranty.

OGD came to my house after my (builder installed) garage door just started randomly breaking and failing 6 years after my house was built. The technician found every issue with my garage door and fixed/replaced everything that was needed to get it running in perfect condition again for a few hundred dollars. 1 year warranty on all their work and parts. Well worth it, because we keep 2 cars in the garage and open it to leave and return daily. Highly recommended. Will call them again if I have another issue. They were recommended to me by Billy Black HVAC who installed the HVAC system on my new build and Billy Black is the best so I trust them.
