Called and set up a service call for the next morning. Eddie called and was 15 minutes out. He got here, accessed the problem, changed the parts needed while explaining exactly what had occurred. Here and gone in maybe an hour or so. He probably could have finished faster if I hadn't kept getting in his way trying to "help." And even listened to my war stories while working away. I highly appreciate and commend Eddie on his work. Plus the cost was way below what I was expecting.

Their technician, Robert is a joyful and fun guy that was extremely thourough in his explanation of what needed to be done. Don't be fooled by people that try to copy them with a name that sounds like theirs. These guys are the real deal and will do it right!
