Called and no one answered. However I did receive an immediate call back and we spoke about having someone come by to fix my garage door, the guy seemed nice, said it'd be 10-15 minutes. Welp, that was a LIE!Those minutes came and went with NO ONE showing up at all. 47 MINUTES went by before I called them back to see what the issue was, once again no one answered, they did call back. When I spoke to (I assume) the owner he said he was across town and that it'd take time to come by and I said "well when I spoke to you, you said it'd be 10-15 minutes and it's been OVER 45 minutes. You said nothing about being across town just that you'd arrive in about 10-15 minutes." He tried to make it up by stating he was on his way, I told him "no thank you I changed my mind."That to me is super unprofessional and very unreliable, I don't think he had even attempted to leave yet had I not called a second time.DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
I’ve reached out to overhead door on two separate occasions for an issue with our garage door. Each time I received the run around about someone coming out and never received a service. I called Ramirez Overhead and they even came a little after hours to help us out. The team was very prompt, personable and helpful. They forever have our business and our recommendation!
Very good people! After CONSTANTLY getting the run-around and dealing with delays and unprofessionalism from Overhead door, I decided to give these guys a call. They came the same day, had no constant excuses, and fixed my garage. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again guys!
This company is FANTASTIC. My garage door was hung open. I tried to call the Overhead Door Company and was given the run around all day. I called Ramirez Overhead Door at 4 p.m. even though they close at 5. They came out after hours and had my garage fixed in under 15 minutes! I highly recommend them!
