My garage torsion spring snapped, making it impossible to open the garage door. I contacted Mike on a Friday late evening, he was able to come the next morning to replace the spring. Everything was completed in half hour, at a very reasonable price. Mike is very professional and courteous, I would definitely recommend his services ??

I had a major emergency when my garage door spring snapped at night, trapping two cars inside. I called Master Link Garage Doors at 1:00 AM, and to my surprise, someone actually answered! They were very professional, asked the right questions, and scheduled a technician for the same morning. Mike arrived exactly at 10:00 AM, despite it being a freezing -16°C outside. He was incredibly courteous and professional. Even though the space was tight with the cars inside, he safely managed to open the door so we could get our vehicles out. He replaced both springs, the pulleys, and the bearings in about 1.5 hours. He also performed a full inspection and tune-up to ensure everything was running perfectly. The door now runs smoother or quieter. I highly recommend Master Link for their honesty, fair pricing, and punctuality. Truly a lifesaver in an emergency

Our garage door stopped working this Thursday — of all days! (There was about 40 cm of snow in Milton at the time.) Like everyone does, I did a quick Google search, and the first company that came up was Master Link Garage Doors Inc. After checking their reviews, I called them — and I’m so glad I did! Mike arrived right on time, inspected the garage door carefully, explained the problem in simple terms, and fixed it quickly. The whole experience was very professional and honest. The pricing was fair, and the door works perfectly now. I would say it was excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend Master Link Garage Doors to anyone in Milton — especially if you need quick, reliable, and professional service! With warm regards Maz
