Rockwood Garage Doors

We definitely would recommend Rockwood Garage Doors when looking for a professional and reliable company. The whole team, Steph, Jay, Jody (super amazing to deal with) and all the installation crew were great. There was a manufacturing hiccup and Rockwood Garage rectified the issue immediately with total care and professionalism. We are very happy with the products and services they provided. Thank you Rockwood Garage Doors.

Our experience with Rockwood Garage Doors Inc. was exceptional. From our first meeting to evaluate our requirements to final installation we received first class customer service. Our options were explained in detail, timelines were clearly outlined and our budget was always considered and we never felt pressure to purchase or upgrade our selections. We highly recommend the team at Rockwood.

Rockwood came highly recommended to us through our steel building manufacturer and we couldn’t be happier. Right from the first phone call, we knew that Stephanie and Jay were for us. Stephanie made the entire process incredibly straightforward…great communication, quick responses, super easy to deal with and best of all, pricing that far exceeded our expectations. Everything came in right on schedule (to the day), and the finished product is absolutely perfect. The install team was also fantastic…you never know what you’re going to get with labourers, but Matt and Joshua were on time every morning working hard and fast, no mess left behind and had no hesitations chatting with us and keeping us in the loop on how everything was progressing. Overall, there was nothing but professionalism from the entire Rockwood team. I will highly recommend and I won’t be shopping anywhere else for my next project. Dave and Casey Brown Hill, ON

The experience with Rockwood garage doors was excellent. Rockwood kept us informed at every step. The installation went very smooth. The crew was well organized and finished in a timely manner. They explained the care and maintenance of the door and cleaned up and took away all of the garbage. I would recommend them to my friends.

I recently had my garage door opener installed by Rockwood, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The price was very reasonable, and the technician arrived promptly. He was not only friendly and professional but also took the time to explain everything in detail. What impressed me most was that he even removed all the packaging and left no mess behind. The service was absolutely perfect. Choosing Rockwood was definitely the right decision!
