We are always so pleased with the service from Reliable Garage Door, but they really saved the day today. I backed into the garage door this morning on my way to work. Oops, now I've wrecked the door and both cars are trapped in the garage. I called Reliable, and they were able send someone same-day to "liberate" the cars, but he was actually able to completely fix the door. So quick and so well done, we are absolutely amazed by the quality of the service!

Thank you Ian and the team for the great service again! We bought the garage door new in 2018 and door was moving slow until it stoped working. It was a bad motor and under warranty. They fixed it plus Ian continued to go the extra mile and fix the light bulb and outside door keypad issues as well. He diagnosed, communicated the issue and verified many times that everything was working to my satisfaction. Thank you dispatch for fitting me in a few days earlier as spots opened up. From my initial contact with Sue who answered the phone, Reliable was amazing. Sue tried to help me over the phone. I was attempting to figure out how to repair or replace a panel of my garage door that was damaged. Unfortunately, they were booked a week out, but true to her word, they were able to get me in a few days early. Got a call Saturday morning about an opening in their schedule. Chad, the tech, promptly showed up and evaluated my options. While many of the other people from other companies I had come to quote my door repair were trying to talk me in replacing the whole door, not just the damaged panel. Chad was able repair my panel, when all the previous companies said it wasn't possible. Not only did he save me at least $300 versus the cost to replace the panel, but he also saved me the 6 to 8 weeks it would take to make my replacement panel. Chad was personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest.I will be recommending Reliable to all my friends and family. I am most impressed and so thankful I called them out.Thank you.
