After diagnosing the issue, he walked me through the options, gave upfront pricing, and made sure there were no surprise fees.He replaced both springs, properly balanced the door, and ensured the opener was functioning correctly — including clearing the error codes and testing everything multiple times before leaving. Our garage door broke unexpected and the idea of shopping around for pricing and what was wrong with it seemed time sucking. Thanks to your catchy commercial slogan "Have a great clucking day" (genius marketing lol) we booked an appointment.Nick Swenson came out and did an assessment. He was fantastic!! He told me what was wrong, gave me options, suggestions, and price differences. He was very educated and I never felt pressured and there was no hidden fees or labor costs. Along with a surprisingly reasonable price!They had a very quick turnaround for replacement. Within an hour of ordering the door Josh Patterson came and replaced it. He was very efficient, explained everything he did, and gave me some suggestions for the future. I would like to share my experience regarding the recent garage service visit.Initially, I was confused and a bit concerned because the service agent did not seem to know my payment status. Several times, he had to step away and call to verify whether I owed anything before proceeding. From a customer’s point of view, this created uncertainty and made me wonder if there was confusion about my account.However, when the agent returned the third time, he completed the installation professionally and without further questions. I do appreciate that he handled the installation properly once everything was clarified.That said, I strongly believe that accurate account information should be provided to service agents on their devices before they arrive at a customer’s property. This would prevent misunderstandings, avoid unnecessary delays, and eliminate any impression that a customer might be asked to pay for something that has already been resolved.Overall, the final service was completed successfully, but better communication and preparation would make the experience more professional and reassuring for customers in the future.Thank youBy: Anthony Scott Sr.

Look no further. The 5 stars are well-earned. Service tech (and customer service) was courteous, friendly, honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. Repair was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Love being able to schedule a consultation by text and track service tech's arrival. Nick repaired the door quickly and efficiently. It looks (almost) as good as new. It was refreshing to not be given a sales pitch for a new door. Repair was value-priced and beyond reasonable for the quality of work performed. Absolutely pleased with Nick's work.
