Dodds Garage Doors deserves 5 Stars indeed - don’t hesitate to call them!Had a cable break on one of our garage doors on Monday morning. Googled then called another company and had to leave a message. That night I remembered Dodds from the installation 15 years ago and I called, but it was after hours so I planned to call back in the morning. On Tuesday morning, Dodds called me back based on the missed call and before I called them - WOW!Appointment with Dodds was booked right away for the next day/Wednesday and Chris came as scheduled — he was fantastic! Knowledgeable, quick and very pleasant to deal with - doors fixed!We have stickers now, so I won’t forget next time and handy for recommending Dodds!(The other company called back one hour after Chris/Dodds left. Responding three days later? “Already fixed” I happily said.)

Speedy response to my call from Dodds. Technician Chris came within two hours to replace my garage door springs. He lubricated all the moving parts and made all the necessary adjustments. The door system now works like new. Excellent service by Chris! Thanks
Just had new garage doors installed and the whole process was a great experience - Marco came out and gave us options and a quote. When the doors came in Chris took over and booked our installation and follow Up. Avery installed the doors as scheduled and when we had an issue with the weatherstripping Tim came out and fixed. We are very happy and would recommend Dodd’s for your garage door needs
Had our garage door installed by Kakha. He was super professional, and did not waste time getting to work. We will have someone from Dodds return to install the aluminum capping at a later date, but we are all super satisfied not just with the workmanship, but the value of installing a new garage door and hardware.The best part is the value was significantly better than some of the quotes we received from the big box store. The other best part? Made in Canada!Edit: 08/13/25 - Had the aluminum capping installed today, and we couldn't be happier. Going with Dodds was the best choice and the end result is amazing craftsmanship from everyone.
