I had an amazing experience with this Toronto garage door company and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. From the first call to the final installation, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with real attention to detail. They showed up on time, explained the entire process clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. You can tell right away they know garage doors inside and out — whether it’s repairs, replacements, or a brand-new install, they truly understand their craft. The quality of the work was top-tier. The garage door looks incredible, operates smoothly, and feels solid and secure. They used high-quality materials and made sure everything was perfectly aligned and tested before leaving. No shortcuts, no mess left behind — just clean, professional work. What really stood out to me was their honesty and customer service. No upselling, no pressure — just straight advice on what was best for my garage and my budget. That’s rare to find these days, especially in a big city like Toronto. If you’re in Toronto or the GTA and need anything related to garage doors — repairs, new doors, openers, or maintenance — I highly recommend this company. Reliable, skilled, fair pricing, and genuinely great people to work with. I’ll definitely be calling them again and recommending them to friends and family.

Tariq from Doormaster to the rescue! My garage door spring broke, the cables were frayed, the bottom brackets were rusted and the drums were beyond repair. I called Doormaster. The service call was next day as I called after working hours. They sent Tariq. Tariq showed up in a snowstorm, ON TIME and ready to work! This guy is a wizard! Woah! Highly knowledgeable, kind, friendly, professional and a worker. Tariq also had EVERYTHING he needed on the truck. I couldn’t believe it! Tariq made quick work of the old components, put the new components on, torqued the spring, tightened the cables, tested the door, made adjustments, sprayed everything with lube and ended with “all done!” Total time from start to finish, 1 hour! Incredible! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tariq and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Doormaster. Top of the line service, top of the line staff and an unbeatable price. I’m telling ALL my friends! This is too good to leave alone! Thank you Tariq and thank you Doormaster.
