Amazing service!!! We had slight problem, they come out, on a Friday at 4:45 with 2 trucks and 3 guys…had it fixed in no time. Absolutely amazing customer service! We had Garage Door Guys come out and replace a couple of springs that had broke. They were able to come out the same day. The text communication was great - time window of scheduled appointment, when they were in en-route and a picture of the tech. Very kind and professional.
I bought a 8x10 foot garage door and drive motor from them.They are easy to contact and provided great customer support.I had them reinstall the guide rails when my "ex" contractor decided to detach the rails to install the T&G cedar ceiling.
