Very professional and accommodating. I picked out a new set of garage doors after my old garage door was damaged during a storm. They were able to match the paint and give me a new set of updated panels. However during the installation I discovered that my old motor wasn't strong enough to open the new garage door. Wayne Dalton was able to come back the next day and replace my motor, remotes and buttons and all at cost. Great responsive service, totally recommend them.

Wayne Dalton in Missoula is great! Servicer Seth was knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my questions and trustworthy. We have lived in our Edgell house on the Northside nine years. Our garage has never been maintenanced and the door spring broke. He replaced the torque tube, installed 14 feet of foam stop, lubed the door and showed me how to disengage the electric door if I ever wished to open / close it by hand. I am super thrilled with the service. He even tightened up the chain above that was sagging. Affordable price. Trustworthy.
Fast response to broken torque tube. Seth was very knowledgable and had obviously done similar repairs. Took a little over 1/2 hr. Tested, lubed, and tightened parys as necessary. I woukd recommend W/D for your door and repairs.
In 2024 I accidentally backed into my garage door as it was closing (not my finest moment). It looked liked a disaster zone and I thought I might have to replace the entire thing. Wayne Dalton's service technician Seth arrived within 24 hours and saved the day (and my wallet!) ! In less than an hour, Seth fixed everything and had my garage back up and running. It's been working perfectly ever since. I've included photos of the "disaster" and then a photo of the fixed garage door (it's the photo of the closed garage).
