They sent Joe out to give me a quote, he was very polite and very detailed about everything they were going to do. I felt the price they gave me was reasonable. The two men that game out to install my door were very polite and explained everything to me and showed me everything about it. They ask if I had any questions but they had went over everything I need to know. They all did awesome job and would refer them to someone else. I would give them a 10 if it was 1 to 10. I am very happy with my door, it is so quite and alot better quality then what I had.

Samuel blocker your technician, came and checked our existing garage door opener, determine the problem and gave us an estimate of what it would cost to fix it. He gave us three options. We chose the top option due to the fact that the advantages of getting a better unit so we wouldn't have to worry about it. Sam did an excellent job and taking the old one out installing the new one and explaining each point to me as he went through it, he was able to give me a complete rundown on how to operate it. And how to maintain it I highly recommend Samuel for doing this and keep me informed to know what was going on and make me a very satisfied customer very happy with his performance, his knowledge and his customer appreciation thank you for having highly trained and courteous technicians that do an excellent job.
I initially called Precision because my garage door tension spring was broken. Over the phone, I was quoted around $300, but they needed to come out for a final estimate. The service call had a $50 charge, was able to get someone over in just a few hours. He called en route with an ETA which i always appreciate. As expected, there was some mild upselling (bearings, rollers, etc.), bringing the total to about $500 for the spring job. Upsell Option 2 was the tension spring job and a new belt motor to replace my 20 year old chain system for around $1500. Option 3 was replace the whole system for $3500I went with option 3.Normally I was told it would be 4-6 weeks but I opted to get a windowless 16x7 stormdoor which they had in stock and could install in 36 hours.The only issue that came up was they were having trouble getting the mid-grade motor in, so I chose to upgrade instead of downgrade and ended up purchasing some fancy MyQ Wi-Fi belt motor with a backup battery and camera and led ring light that cost about $500 more so totally cost was $4000.The installers arrived first thing in the morning 8:30 AM. They were professional and super polite, and had everything installed by noon. They left the site clean, walked me through every detail of the new door, and explained the warranty and maintenance schedule. Install was great, door is super quiet, new electronics are nice. no complaints.Final Verdict:? Fast service (less than 48 hours from call to install in my case with some compromise on parts)? Professional and efficient installation? Clear communication on warranty and maintenance? Clean job site after installation? Higher-than-expected initial repair quote?
