**Edited to add from my parents that the owner came by their home this morning and fixed the issue. It seems some of the employees were simply not doing their job, and it was a poor reflection of VES. The owner was kind, respectful and handled things professionally. Supporting local business is vital to our community, and we will continue to do so.VES Specialists came to my parent's home in January 22nd to fix one of their garage door springs - they have two, as it is a double car garage. My mom requested an invoice, and they said they will email it. They never emailed it. They removed one but did not replace it, leaving us with one garage door spring. Since then, the garage door will not completely close. We have attempted to call and text multiple times with no response. We want our money back, and would like to encourage others not to use this service.
I highly recommend VES Specialists. They replaced our shop bay doors after Hurricane Michael. Prompt service and great prices, both of which were very hard to find at that time. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. Eric recently came out for a service call and was a great help! Great company to work with.
I called on Monday afternoon to request a quote to replace springs, Kyle and his crew showed up a few hours later to give the quote and said they could go ahead and make the repairs right the . Excellent customer service, I was expecting a visit for a quote, and then schedule a time when they could fix my door. They were in and out in 30-45 minutes, and the work is top notch. You won't be disappointed hiring this company.

Their quick turn around time, response for quote, and ETA of completion was extremely fast. The attitude of the employees was great. This company is by far has the best pricing in town for commercial and residential garage doors repairs and installation. I’ve uploaded some pictures of the type of work that they do. I’ve been using them for years for residential work and have been referring them to my friends for commercial work and they never seem to disappoint in customer satisfaction.
