Very disappointed! On the 5th of August Called to have 2 garage door cables replaced. Spoke to Bridget te receptionist whom takes appointments and was told that it would take place on Thursday the 7th of August and that someone would call to give me a time slot. I was helping my handicapped sister who is bedridden and do not live at the property. So it took me 30 minutes to drive to her house to wait for A&R garage door to call me with a time slot. Waited and waited. When I called the office on the 7th, I got a recording on the phone that said they were on vacation and would return to work on the 4th??? I was pissed. So I drove 30 minutes back home. I called today and Bridget sounded surprised that no one had called me!! Lousy service, must be a disorganized company. I guess because I didn’t want to buy a door they didn’t bother. Bridget was apologetic, but who cares the damage is done. I will never call them again.
Extremely satisfied by Portes de Garage A & R and especially the two gentlemen that came to fix my garage door and install my new garage door opener. many reviewers mentioned they were professional, courteous, on time, etc, all of which is true. Very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend!!
We were looking for a good, reliable company for our garage door. So my husband looked and tons of places and read all the reviews and we decided to go with Portes A et R. They made an appointment with is right away, came with a catalog and explained everything in detail, no hidden costs, no surprises. The door arrived earlier than expected and in 5 h the front of my house was transformed. They work ethic is impeccable and the work is beautiful! They cleaned as they went along leaving the garage probably cleaner than when they found it! It’s too bad I only need one garage door but I would definitely use them again and so should you!Thank you for an amazing job!
I had the pleasure of purchasing a garage door from A&R. My experience, from the reception to the installation was great. The entire family was honest and transparent and you can tell that they took pride in their work/company. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new garage door.
Best Service/product money can buy! I was referred by a friend to call them to get my garage door opener from them, and I wasn't disappointed. Robert had come over to install the garage door opener with his son and the service was excellent, fast and efficient! They really made the experience easy to deal with , they thoroughly explained how it works and how to use the product. Wouldn't recommend anybody else but them! Why call someone else when you know their the best !
