From the inital contact with their office to the installation by Mohamed and his colleague, everything was great. Installation was fast and efficient, but most importantly done right. I asked for weather strips to be replaced and they only changed what was required and left the ones that were still in good condition. They checked and lubricated my 2nd door too.Price is good for professional service. Would recommend!
Excellent service by Fadi! This company is professional, efficient, competent and courteous. Everything was super smooth from start to finish. Fadi came with the truck and equipment, I just opened the garage door and he worked silently for an hour. Then he took the time to explain everything to me step by step before leaving. He was very kind and patient. Really great service! They are also very easy to reach and always call back. I had a great experience and would highly recommend!
Great experience and customer service! I needed to have an old garage door opener unit replaced. I submitted a request on their website Saturday night, and by Sunday I received a call from Nico, who made sure they understood my request, and provided an email with quotes the same day. She answered all my questions, and I had an appointment by Wednesday for the installation. Fadi was extremely helpful, installed the unit within 2 hours, made sure I understood how the new unit worked, and provided suggestions on maintenance such as oiling the pulleys and hinges.I'm very impressed by the responsiveness, and efficiency of the team - going from inquiry to installation in less than a week!
Garage door repair completed on July 31, then failed at 3:30 p.m. on August 7 leaving the door jammed open. They don’t have 24/7 service and couldn't get a technician to call that day. I couldn’t leave the door jammed open all night, so I had to call another service provider to fix the problem, which was caused by an incorrectly adjusted spring that Solutions had installed. Very disappointed plus double the cost of the original repair.Response to reply below:As stated in my review, I called at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 7, which is well within your stated opening hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Therefore, I didn’t call after your “regular service hours”. In addition, your location on Rue Ashby in St. Laurent is only a 40-minute drive to my home even with traffic, so service could have been provided to fix your faulty repair within your opening hours.By proposing that you would come “first thing the next morning” indicates that you expected that the garage door be left open all night. That is unrealistic and gave me no choice but to use another competent service to fix your faulty repair.You state that you provide "prompt, professional and lasting service to every customer". You didn’t provide prompt service when it was needed to fix your faulty repair, and it took you >6 weeks to respond to my review and my emails have not been replied to you. Forget prompt. Your repair lasted 7 days, so forget lasting service and, from my perspective, you don’t stand behind your work.Solutions called me on Nov. 17th and advised me that they were not responsible for the faulty installation of the springs and their repair to the garage door despite what is indicated above. So much for standing behind your work. They then advised me that if I wanted a refund that they would come by and uninstall the parts they had installed, effectively undoing the repair and leaving me with a non-functioning garage door. Obviously, this is a ridiculous, totally unacceptable and unreasonable solution as it would add even more cost and inconvenience. This is customer service at its absolute worst!
